In order to qualify you must be at least 21 years of age, have reliable means of transportation and a phone or pager. You must be trustworthy and dependable, be able to pass a drug test and have a verifiable school or work history for the past 5 years. You will not be considered if you have been convicted of a misdemeanor or felony within the last 10 years.
